How to Initiate a Return

Message us on WhatsApp
Within 7 days of receiving your order, send us a message with your order details and reason for return.

Share a photo of the item
We'll ask for a quick photo of the item so we can process your return faster. This helps us improve too.

We arrange pickup or drop-off
Depending on your location, we'll either arrange a pickup or guide you to the nearest drop point.

Refund or exchange processed
Once the item is received and verified, we process your refund within 3â5 business days or exchange immediately.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or WhatsApp chat)
Not eligible for return: Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by misuse, or returned after the 7-day window. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- UPI / Bank Transfer refunds: 3â5 business days
- Original payment method refund (card/wallet): 5â7 business days depending on your bank
- Store credit: Issued instantly on approval
We'll notify you on WhatsApp at every step of the process.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you â including return shipping.
