How to Initiate a Return

Message us on WhatsApp
Within 7 days of receiving your order, send us a message with your order details and reason for return.

Share a photo of the item
We'll ask for a quick photo of the item so we can process your return faster. This helps us improve too.

We arrange pickup or drop-off
Depending on your location, we'll either arrange a pickup or guide you to the nearest drop point.

Refund or exchange processed
Once the item is received and verified, we process your refund within 3–5 business days or exchange immediately.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

Not eligible for return: Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by misuse, or returned after the 7-day window. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
